“There was an impression that I lacked a work-life balance, was short of time for my family, and was overtired/unmotivated because I spent too much time at work. As a result of this coaching program, I was able to regain control over my time and my schedule, without feeling as though I was sacrificing myself during busy periods. Working on my needs and priorities was the most beneficial part.

As a result of the coaching tools shared by Wafa, I became aware of the time I had at my disposal within the constraints of my work. I found the client resources made available in between sessions very clear and educational. Additionally, the advice given regarding (professional and personal) communication was very helpful. I also, learned that I had to take care of myself in order to be present and fit for those around me. Also, and most importantly, I learned what motivated me, so I could do this work for myself.

I found this coaching to be beneficial; it was more intense in the first part than the second, but I think the second helped me to apply and digest the first. As a result of the second part, I received the support I needed in a very complicated phase of my life (which I really appreciated). I now feel like I have the tools to do this work on my own but would love to be able to take single sessions if I need it in the future.”
